Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Door Supervisor to join our teams in Portsmouth. As a Door Supervisor, your role is pivotal in upholding a secure and enjoyable atmosphere for the venues we serve. You will be responsible for managing entrance access, validating identification, and ensuring full compliance with all safety and security protocols. Your role is essential in preventing incidents and handling any situations that may arise with professionalism and efficiency.
* Pay from: £14.00 per hour

Responsibilities
* Oversee entrance and exit points, ensuring access is granted only to authorised individuals.
* Verify age and ID checks to ensure legal requirements are met.
* Conduct courteous and thorough individual searches when necessary.
* Maintain a visible presence, discouraging inappropriate behaviour and upholding venue rules.
* Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing patrons inquiries or concerns.
* Professionally manage and resolve disturbances or incidents, adhering to company and legal procedures.
* Collaborate with venue management and local authorities as required.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless security operations.
* Complete incident reports and maintain precise records of shift events.
* continuously monitor surroundings, proactively identifying potential security risks.
* Qualifications
* Valid SIA Door Supervisor license (required).
* Proficiency in surveillance techniques.
* Experience in loss prevention strategies.
* First Aid certification.
* Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure.
* Commitment to high standards of safety and professionalism.
* Driving Licence (preferred not essential)
* Hospitality Sector experience and non-experience as can be trained on site.
