Commercial & Welcome Manager with a salary of £29,266 per annum. Lead the Welcome and Commercial Team at Fell Foot Park, part of the National Trust, delivering exceptional visitor experiences.
What you'll be doing
You will coordinate the delivery of our commercial offer with team leaders, cooks, and front‑of‑house teams to provide a brilliant all‑round visitor experience.
Who we're looking for
* Experienced leader with skills in setting objectives and providing development
* Familiar with budgets, increasing income and controlling costs
* Aware of health and safety compliance
* Experience in Food & Beverage, Retail, or Visitor Welcome operations
* Leadership skills with proven ability to develop and motivate teams
* Proven experience driving commercial success while delivering outstanding visitor experiences
* Sound financial acumen and experience managing budgets, stock, and labour
* Confident communicator and collaborator
