Your Role
We are seeking an exceptionally talented Environmental Graphic Designer to join us for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will have a passion for helping our clients enhance their built spaces through environmental brand experiences. This position will focus on the ability to understand a client’s brand and translate it into physical space through a combination of graphics, artworking, physical installations and interior finishes while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.

What You Will Do
Alongside the Design Director and team, you will have a key role in supporting our diverse portfolio of EGD work. You will have stellar conceptual and hands-on design experience and show a portfolio of work that is elegant, compelling, and highly creative – with the ability to communicate your concepts and ideas from concept to technical fabrication. Experience working with fabricator and design installations is a must.
You can demonstrate completed projects and in a variety of sectors from strategy, creative and execution. You love to push new ideas, be passionate about design, get excited about being a part of extremely diverse projects and thrive off working alongside some exceptionally talented creative people.
You’ll have a key role working with various project teams and should have the ability to manage your own projects independently. The role will require occasional travel depending on client need and location, but mainly European.
Show us extremely compelling and creative examples of your work demonstrating conceptual thinking, artworking and environmental design that grab attention, communicate clearly, and are executed flawlessly.
1. Create powerful narratives and storytelling driven by strategic thinking
2. Design branded environments including brand identity, environmental graphics, artworking and digital integration
3. Manage own projects within a wider team, ensuring client’s needs are met on time and within budget
4. Compose design presentations that are both verbally and visually compelling
5. Interface with multiple internal design practices, including architecture, interior design, consulting and master planning
6. Oversee fabrication and installation processes
7. Be able to multitask, working on various projects at once, often with tight deadlines and with careful attention to detail
Your Qualifications
8. Bachelor’s or higher degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or similar
9. 5+ years’ experience in environmental graphics. Design agency experience preferred
10. Strong understanding of communicating and conveying concepts, both verbally and visually, through 2D illustrations and 3D visual communication (environmental wall graphics, murals, glass distraction markers, custom sculptures, interactive installations, etc.). Strategy interest considered bonus, but not required
11. Demonstrate solid technical experience in the form of fabrication or installation drawings
12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well with a wide range of clients and 400+ staff
13. Working knowledge of production, implementation, and vendor management
14. Exceptional typography skills
15. Experience in effectively self-managing time and project schedules
16. Proven ability to work as a member of an integrated team and independently in an open office environment
17. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Candidates with experience of 3D programs like Revit or Sketch Up will be given special considerationExperience using Figma and AI desired
