Role: Senior Delivery Manager
What you’ll be doing:
* Lead the delivery of software and digital transformation projects in an Agile environment
* Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and technical resources across multiple concurrent projects
* Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure high‑quality delivery across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure‑based solutions
* Engage directly with clients to define requirements, manage expectations, and deliver exceptional outcomes
* Support and coach junior team members, promoting Agile best practices across delivery teams
* Contribute to solution design, estimation, and bid responses for new business opportunities
* Drive continuous improvement across project processes and delivery frameworks
What you’ll need:
* Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, or Senior Delivery Manager
* Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure
* Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills
* Experience producing project estimates, proposals, and tender responses
* A methodical and delivery‑focused mindset with strong attention to detail

* Salary £90,000 ‑ £100,000 per annum
