Overview
Maintenance Engineer (Food Manufacturing) – Whitfield, Kent – £52,000
You\'ll either love shift work or you\'ll hate it. If you\'re still reading, chances are you\'re in the first group. This role is a bit of everything: planned maintenance, fault finding, reactive fixes, and being the person who gets machinery back up and running while everyone else is standing around staring at it. There\'s a decent mix of hands-on and improvement work, not just running around putting out fires. The site\'s fast-paced and the kit you\'ll be working on covers everything from electrical to mechanical to a bit of PLC and automation. You don\'t need to be an expert in all of it, but an electrical bias is preferred.
