Responsibilities
* Manage the Occupational Therapy waiting list effectively
* Conduct thorough functional OT assessments to enhance client wellbeing
* Perform reduced care reviews to ensure care packages are appropriate and cost-effective
* Execute moving and handling assessments to enhance safety
* Provide reablement support to help clients regain independence
* Apply your expertise in minor works and Disabled Facilities Grants (DFG) to improve client environments
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and hold a valid driving license. These qualifications are essential as you navigate varied duties across the community, driving positive outcomes for those in your care.
