This role can be based at our Oxfordshire office in Newbury, onsite at our Nocton head office, or at our parent company's head office in Malmesbury.
Requirements
* Partner with stakeholders to identify, manage, and deliver IT, Systems, and Finance projects on time, within budget, and scope.
* Maintain integrated project plans highlighting key dependencies.
* Develop project or programme plans by identifying resources required to achieve objectives.
* Provide weekly or as-needed reports and create dashboards on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
* Manage project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues when necessary.
* Secure sponsorship from senior leaders and develop project briefs, scopes, and objectives.
* Lead senior stakeholders to align on business and technical solutions.
* Prepare the organization for business change through communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
* Build business cases for expenditure and present to decision-makers.
* Manage changes in scope, costs, resources, and timelines within governance frameworks.
* Lead project teams to achieve successful business outcomes.
Person Specification
* Minimum 5 years in project management, with experience in systems, IT, or Finance projects.
* Proficient in Prince 2, APM, APMG, Lean methodologies for change management.
* Deep understanding of all project lifecycle stages, including business case development and mobilization.
* Successful track record in complex organizations.
* Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior management.
* Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
