The Ideal Candidate
* Is an experienced corporate lawyer with at least 5 years of relevant PQE
* Is technically strong with up-to-date legal knowledge
* Can manage a varied caseload and work with a range of clients
* Has excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with colleagues and clients alike
* Is commercially aware with good problem-solving ability
