We're looking for talented Electrical Engineers to join our team and play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining advanced electrical systems for the marine and naval world.
Positions are mostly remote, with attendance on site only when required.
In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of electrical systems on marine vessels and naval infrastructure.
Design & Deliver: Design and oversee the installation of electrical systems, including power distribution, lighting, and control systems, for marine vessels.
Analysis & Troubleshooting Expert: Perform detailed electrical analyses and troubleshoot issues to guarantee systems meet national and international standards and optimize operational efficiency.
Full Lifecycle Champion: Be involved in the entire electrical project lifecycle, from initial design concepts to implementation and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborative Spirit: Work closely with marine architects and other engineers to seamlessly integrate electrical systems into the overall vessel design.
Safety First: Conduct field tests and inspections to ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical installations.
Technical Communication Master: Prepare clear and concise technical reports, drawings, and specifications for electrical systems and equipment.
To thrive in this role, you'll possess:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, ideally with a focus on marine or naval applications.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, specifically within the marine environment.
Proficiency in electrical CAD software and tools like ETAP, AutoCAD Electrical, or similar programs.
A deep understanding of maritime safety regulations and electrical standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC).
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate within diverse teams.
