As a Lead Mechanical Operator, you’ll be at the forefront of our operations. We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about maintenance and have experience in mechanical fields such as ships, cars, or generators. Your practical experience is key! Key Responsibilities
Lead first-line maintenance for production machines, making operational decisions to meet targets. Identify and repair mechanical breakdowns on various machinery. Accountable for the performance of multiple machines and processes. Utilize diagnostic tools to uncover root causes of mechanical issues. Coordinate a small team of operators and temporary associates to achieve line targets. Assist operators with daily production tasks to ensure targets are met. What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 1 year’s experience managing and coordinating operators. Skilled in diagnosing mechanical issues through systematic troubleshooting. Proficient in disassembling and reassembling machinery for optimal operation. A keen eye for detail to identify faults and ensure precision.
