Job Title: Sales Ledger Clerk Location: Silverdale, ST5 Salary: £27K - £29K Hours: 37.5 Monday to Friday Environmental Essentials are a well-established asbestos company with 6 offices across the UK and an excellent reputation for delivering a first class, quality focused service to a number of very high-profile clients. Due to expansion, continued growth and recent major contract wins, we are looking for a Sales Ledger Clerk to join the team. At Environmental Essentials, we believe in the power of collaboration. The Job Role * Ensuring Accurate Sales Invoicing in line with clients needs and wants. * Following documented processes and ensuring works are billed in a timely manner. * Discussing unbilled work with regional managers to bring completed work to invoicing stage. * Collaborating with the Credit Control team to discuss invoice disputes. * Resolving invoice queries and ensuring timely payment of invoices by clients. * Taking credit card payments. * Being able to time manage raising of Sales invoices (upwards of 1000 invoices per month). * Experience on submitting invoices through client portals.
