Role: PE Teacher
Location: Jubilee School, Waterlooville PO7 7RE
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
As part of our continued growth, we now have a fantastic opportunity for a PE Teacher to join our close-knit team at Jubilee School, part of Acorn Education.
We are seeking a PE Teacher with a therapeutic approach to their teaching and learning. As a PE Teacher for students of primary and secondary ages, you will also be supporting swimming and any other offsite opportunities.
You will be calm, engaging, resilient, and have an innovative style of teaching, motivated by helping every student to reach their potential. You will also collaborate with the SLT to secure high standards of teaching and learning, have a willingness to lead on a curriculum area(s), and contribute to a lively and stimulating environment. To implement the curriculum in accordance with the school’s philosophy and policies.

Jubilee School is an independent special school for pupils with complex needs. These include social, emotional and mental health needs. Some pupils have additional associated SEND. Jubilee School is linked with four residential accommodations and is located in Waterlooville, just outside of Portsmouth.
