The Regional Trainer is responsible for delivering, assessing, and assuring high-quality, compliant training across a defined region, ensuring learners are competent, safe, and fit to practise in line with CQC requirements, CSTF standards, and Nurseplus policies. The role requires regular travel and occasional overnight stays. Trainers must be highly organised, adaptable, and confident in managing learner performance, including challenging unsafe practice and escalating concerns appropriately.
