Reports to: Transport Co-ordinator / Business Systems & Admin Support Team
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Transport Assistant to support our Transport Co-ordinator and the wider transport team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Transport Co-ordinator in ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time, in line with customer requirements.
Maintain the highest level of customer service across all communications.
Ensure all Origin business systems are accurately updated, with a strong focus on the Chasers Management System, following company requirements.
Work onsite as part of the transport team while providing national support under the guidance of the Business Systems and Admin Support Team.
Support colleagues both locally and nationally as required.About You:
Calm, confident, and professional telephone manner.
Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
