Minimum Work Experience Previous experience as a registered pharmacist in a hospital preferred. Completion of PGY1 Pharmacy residency preferred. Required Licenses/Certifications Vermont pharmacy license or eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity. Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Excel in Microsoft office suites such as Word and Excel. Recognizes and reports practice deviations to improve the medication system. Communication with pharmacy, nursing, medical staff and other health professionals (within the hospital and community) will be significant.
