About Heath Street:
At Heath Street, we provide a diverse range of care to individuals with learning and physical disabilities, along with safety, security, and reassurance through various care options tailored to meet their needs. Our vibrant communities thrive on connection and joy, offering activities such as visits to cafes, lunches out, day trips, bingo, coffee mornings, pamper sessions, and musical activities. We support up to 6 individuals, both male and female, with everyday support including personal care, meal support, medicine administration, managing finances, and budgeting assistance. As a Night Support Worker, you will support residents, ensure their safety through nightly rounds, and prepare for the next day's tasks.
