About the role
Yate Academy, part of the Greenshaw Learning Trust, is recruiting an Admissions Officer to lead on admissions for Years 7 and 12, as well as all in‑year admissions.
Responsibilities
* Oversee admissions for all students into Year 7 and Year 12.
* Oversee in‑year admissions for all year groups.
* Ensure student enrolment is conducted strictly in accordance with school policies and standards.
* Be directly responsible for the entire admissions process end‑to‑end, including implementation of admissions strategy and events.
* Monitor emails regarding admissions and distribute as appropriate in an efficient and timely manner to maintain vital communication.
* Coordinate school tours and visits.
* Liaise with parents on admission enquiries and school placement status.
* Support and process student applications.
* Maintain a complete and accurate record of parent/student details in the school management system.
