About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a leading UK main contractor delivering high-quality Residential and Commercial developments. This role will be based on a flagship project in Manchester, contributing to the successful delivery of a large-scale scheme
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all cost-related aspects of the project from inception to completion
* Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow
* Oversee procurement and manage subcontractor accounts
* Provide accurate reporting to support project delivery and profitability
* Manage valuations and variations
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential housing / apartment schemes
* JCT experience
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
* Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and cost control
* Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
