Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for product management and market-driven innovation?
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge in developing and executing a visionary 2-5 year product strategy that aligns with our client’s ambitions.
What You’ll Do:
Drive market research to uncover trends, customer needs, and competitive insights.
Develop compelling value propositions that resonate with customers and fuel growth.
Collaborate across engineering, design, and marketing to bring game-changing products to life.
Champion the voice of the customer in every product decision.
Lead go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and revenue impact.
Monitor performance metrics to optimize and refine category KPIs.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, shaping partnerships for success.
Stay ahead of the curve by driving innovation and embracing emerging technologies.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in Product Management.
Proven ability to analyze complex data and uncover market opportunities.
Expertise in portfolio management, driving profitability and efficiency.
A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
Lighting industry experience? A huge plus!
