Based at our Dungannon Branch the successful candidate must have the ability to organise and manage a varied workload while pro-actively assisting the poultry team with the running of a very busy office. Have good communication skills dealing mainly with commercial layer clients. In this vital role you will be a key member of the team focusing on the effective running of the poultry office. You must have previous experience supporting a team, ability to prioritise tasks, IT proficient and use own initiative for problem solving. Requirements: Be educated to at least A level or equivalent or higher Have at least two years experience in an Administration/Reception post or customer service role Have strong IT skills, be a confident user of Microsoft Office based packages. Previous experience working with poultry farmers, agriculture or a vet practice would be advantageous. You will have access to digital x-ray, ultrasound, dental radiography, laser therapy, and diathermy, everything you need to deliver the very best care. Consultations run throughout the day, with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, giving you the opportunity to build trusted relationships with our long-standing clients and their pets. Surgery is scheduled into your week, typically two mornings, and includes everything from routine procedures to a wide range of dental cases referred to us, as well as heart scans, endoscopy, and orthopaedics.
