We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Finance team as a Financial Officer to oversee the administration of financial processes related to Care Home residents and Sales ledger transactions. You will work closely with all areas of the business including care managers and the Director of Care.
What you’ll be doing
Day to day you will be ensuring all resident and income details are up to date and correct billing is being processed each month.
You'll also be working within the Finance team on projects to ensure we are using appropriate finance and care systems, this will provide assurance that the data being held is accurate.
About you
You will be experienced in financial administration, ideally with a background working in the billing of care services.
Good communication skills are essential, they will enable you to grow strong working relationships with our various stakeholders.
A proactive attitude and desire for accuracy will be essential and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies is a must.
This is a hybrid role, enabling you to work from home. The team do come together for working days and wider team meetings so being happy to travel to our offices is a must, so you'll be ideally based within our region.
Our operating region includes Hampshire, Wiltshire, Somerset, Dorset, Devon, Cornwall and London.
