Job Duties:
· Install new and retrofit residential HVAC systems in proficient and quality manor
· Coordinate all field aspects of project with installation team
· Participate in daily projects status discussions with project manager
· Ensure project site safety, cleanliness and professional conduct
· Demonstrate a commitment to customer service and communication

Requirements:
· 3 plus years of experience as lead installer with fiberglass and metal duct
· Experienced in brazing, purging, control wiring, charging, and system startup
· Valid drivers’ license
· Computer literacy
· EPA certification
· Excellent customer service skills
· Must be able to work independently and as a team member
· Strong communication and documentation skills
