We have opportunities for people who share our values to join our Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation Service.

* Permanent 16 and 20 hour per week contracts.
* Roles in Intermediate Care and Rehabilitation, providing short term care to assist individuals to regain independence.

About Us…
We are a large and expanding team, working to maintain a strong ethos of togetherness. Each member of staff has access to support from an experienced team of supervisors, risk assessors, managers, and professional therapists to learn the role, grow in confidence and enjoy a rewarding career in care.

The role…
You will support rehabilitation programmes centred around the individual, maximising independence and quality of life. We offer this in a person's home, enabling individuals to do the things that are important to them and which are essential for their health and well-being.

The service operates 365 days a year and hours worked range between 7:30am and 10:00pm. Our support staff work 5 days out of 7, rota's are provided in advance and we endeavour to offer as much flexibility to meet your needs as possible.

We are interested in hearing from people who are dedicated, reliable, willing to learn new skills and have the ability to use their own initiative.

You must have the ability to travel independently throughout the County Borough.
