Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting site inspections, identifying maintenance issues, and ensuring health and safety compliance.
* Managing leaseholder enquiries, client communication, and service charge budgets.
* Overseeing on-site staff and contractors, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Attending AGMs and client meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate records.
This position involves working from the Hertfordshire office with some remote working. You'll be supported by an in-house accounts, admin and legal teams.
