An exciting PE-backed company is hiring a Finance Manager who can speak French, reporting to the Financial Controller. The company is experiencing high growth as they continue their journey.
The Finance Manager will report directly to the Financial Controller and work closely with a team based in France. Responsibilities include managing all reporting and accounting, owning monthly management accounts, overseeing the annual budget for Paris, and business partnering with local operational teams and central support functions. The role also involves preparing financial statements for Paris entities and managing annual audits, liaising with audit teams locally and group-wide.
Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced SME finance environment and be pursuing an accountancy qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA. Strong communication skills are essential. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone interested in sports and football.
The salary range is £60,000 to £65,000 plus bonus and benefits. Flexible working hours are encouraged, with a requirement to work in the office 2 days per week.
