Job Reference: TL2349 THE ROLE: • Manage a varied caseload of family law matters from initial client instruction through to successful resolution. • Provide expert advice across the full spectrum of family law including divorce and separation, child arrangements and parental responsibility issues, cohabitation disputes and agreements and pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. • Domestic abuse matters and applications for protective injunctions. • Advocate on behalf of clients in court hearings, negotiations and alternative dispute resolution processes. • Support and mentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and contributing to the department’s growth and development.
