Construction Site Administrator
Location: Liverpool, Merseyside
Duration: 3-Year Project
Hours: Full-Time - Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Construction Site Administrator to join a major long-term project in LIverpool. This is an excellent opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading contractors on a flagship 3-year construction project, offering stability and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the site management team
Managing site documentation, including RAMS, permits, and inductions
Coordinating site diaries, meetings, and correspondence
Maintaining accurate records for workforce, deliveries, and plant
Assisting with health & safety paperwork and compliance
Liaising with subcontractors, suppliers, and head office teams
General office duties to ensure the smooth running of the site officeRequirements:
Previous experience in a construction site administration role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced site environment
Knowledge of construction processes and H&S procedures (desirable
Site working hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.30pm with weekends available.
