Overview
Neighbourhood Officer. Due to delivery restructure, SCH is seeking 6 additional Neighbourhood Officers to join the Housing Services team to deliver a high-quality, responsive, and solutions-focused tenancy management and anti-social behaviour (ASB) service across our communities.
Solihull Community Housing, Neighbourhood Officer. This is a key role in the Housing Services team that will manage a portfolio of cases across tenancy management, ASB and resident services, ensuring that legal and regulatory obligations are met and customers receive a responsive, empathetic and solutions-focused service.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of tenancy management, ASB and resident services cases, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory obligations and delivering a responsive, empathetic and solutions-focused service.
* Develop partnerships with other agencies and problem-solve to produce positive outcomes for residents.
* Contribute to a high-quality housing management service and work proactively to support residents and the community.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Good understanding of social housing legislation and the ASB Crime and Policing Act.
* Experience of managing a varied workload in a housing management context.
* Strong commitment to delivering an excellent housing management service.
* Willingness to travel across the Borough; full driving licence and use of a car is essential.
