About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the lives of residents living with dementia. You’ll provide person-centered care, ensuring dignity, respect, and comfort at all times. No two days are the same—this is a role full of purpose, reward, and connection.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing and dressing
2. Supporting meal times and promoting independence
3. Engaging residents in meaningful activities to enhance wellbeing
4. Providing companionship and emotional support
5. Monitoring health and wellbeing, reporting concerns to senior staff
6. Ensuring dignity, respect, and a safe, nurturing environment
