The Role
Provide leasing support across multiple communities, assisting on-site teams to fulfil community goals.
Support in executing leasing strategies across a portfolio of BTR communities.
Work collaboratively with on-site teams to drive operational and leasing performance and deliver a best-in-class resident experience.
Confidently conduct tours with prospective residents across a handful of London locations.
Assist with leasing negotiation and administration.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing residents, addressing all enquiries promptly.
Act as a flexible resource, supporting where demand is highest to maintain leasing momentum.
Deliver a seamless, brand-aligned experience to prospectives and incoming residents across all communities.
Collaborate with centralised leasing and marketing teams to create compelling property listings and promotional collateral.
Regularly review competitor activity and present findings to the centralised leasing and marketing teams.
Participate in team meetings to discuss leasing strategies and market trends.
Contribute to the overall success of the leasing team through exceptional service and support.This role will cover sites across North, South and West London. Travel to sites on a flexible basis will be required.
