Responsibilities
* Producing content people actually want to watch, read and share – from sharp copy and eye‑catching graphics to reels, clips, and stories that do the hard work of engagement.
* Planning, scheduling and publishing with purpose – managing a forward‑looking content calendar that keeps the Trust's communities informed and connected.
* Keeping our websites sharp, accurate, engaging and always on‑brand; you’ll spot issues and fix them before anyone else does.
* Digging for the stories – collaborating with our schools and stakeholders to find moments worth amplifying and turning them into resonant content.
* Letting the data shape what’s next – tracking performance, reading analytics and using what you learn to continually sharpen your approach.
Requirements
* 2+ years creating content and running social media that performs.
* A natural with words and visuals.
* Copywriting that earns attention; short‑form video you’re genuinely proud of.
* Technically confident.
* Comfortable with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), scheduling tools and analytics dashboards.
* Self‑directed and organised.
* Ability to manage your own priorities and hit deadlines while working closely with the Head of Marketing.
