As a therapeutic support worker, you will:

We seek caring, flexible, and emotionally resilient individuals with great communication skills, positivity, and energy. Experience and qualifications in care or transferable skills such as policing, education, security, or work with vulnerable groups are desirable. Ability to remain calm in challenging situations is essential. A full UK driving license is required. The role involves working flexibly, including shifts and sleep-ins.
