Sales Manager — Adema


Location: Hybrid (UK / Europe)

Salary: £40,000 + performance commission + equity options

Start: Q4 2025

Adema is an AI-driven SaaS platform designed for the property and infrastructure sectors — automating land sourcing, development appraisal, and project intelligence.

We’re now scaling rapidly across the UK and Europe, with a growing client base of developers, investors, and operators leveraging Adema to transform their site acquisition and planning workflow.


With adoption increasing month-on-month, we’re seeking a Sales Manager to lead, scale, and optimise our commercial operations as we prepare for our next growth phase.



The Role


As Sales Manager, you will lead a growing team of 10 sales professionals (expanding monthly), manage all sales systems and reporting, and ensure a seamless process from lead generation to deal closure.

You’ll report directly to the board with weekly performance updates, oversee CRM data integrity, and implement live sales dashboards to track KPIs in real time.


This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on commercial execution — ideal for someone who thrives in high-growth, tech-driven environments.



What You’ll Do


✅ Lead and motivate a team of 10+ sales executives — setting targets, coaching, and growing headcount as needed.

✅ Manage all CRM platforms and ensure data accuracy and conversion tracking.

✅ Prepare weekly board reports detailing pipeline performance, revenue forecasts, and team metrics.

✅ Build and maintain live sales dashboards for real-time visibility of leads, conversions, and deal flow.

✅ Oversee and refine the end-to-end lead management process — from prospecting through to close.

✅ Initiate and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with the product and operations teams to drive inbound and outbound engagement.

✅ Optimise workflows to reduce friction, shorten sales cycles, and improve conversion rates.



What You Bring


🔹 5+ years’ experience in SaaS, PropTech, or B2B sales leadership.

🔹 Proven track record in managing and scaling sales teams.

🔹 Strong understanding of CRM systems, reporting tools, and KPI tracking.

🔹 Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident in board settings.

🔹 Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance optimisation.
