About the Role




Are you passionate about translating marketing strategies into engaging content? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment? Join RX Global as a Content & Engagement Lead and become a vital part of our RXUK business unit, working on a portfolio of B2B event expos.

Responsibilities

1. Creating and distributing marketing campaigns and content across multiple channels (website, email, PPC, social and blog)
2. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects
3. Playing a key part in visitor and exhibitor lead generation campaign planning and delivery
4. Creating and managing event and onsite social media plan (including liaising with photographers and videographers
5. Optimizing website content for user journey and SEO optimization
6. Ensuring marketing campaigns are regularly tested for their performance against targets, to refine and drive the future content strategy
7. Translating the brand into the live onsite experience for our customers. This includes working with the wider event teams to support with onsite delivery

Requirements

8. Be able to write and edit compelling copy that aligns with brand voice and tone. Fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
9. Build close working relationships with other teams (both internally and externally) in a matrix structure
10. Be able to analyze data and use insights to improve content performance
11. Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
12. Be able to manage multiple projects/deadlines and prioritize tasks in a rapidly moving environment
13. Incorporate industry trends into content strategy by staying up to date
14. Have experience with social media platforms and creating content for them
