The Role
As a Senior or Principal Planner, you will play a key role in the delivery of significant projects involving:
1. Strategic planning
2. Development management planning
3. Planning project coordination
4. Client relationship management
5. Project management across a diverse portfolio of schemes
You will work alongside experienced planning professionals, supporting both private and public sector clients on challenging and prestigious developments.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
6. MRTPI qualification
7. Experience within a planning consultancy, local authority, or development environment
8. A commercial mindset with the ability to apply planning knowledge within the wider property and development context
9. Strong analytical, report writing, and communication skills
10. Confidence in client-facing situations
11. Experience managing projects and coordinating planning applications
12. A proactive and ambitious approach with a desire to develop professionally
