We are currently seeking qualified and adaptable Supply Teachers to join our growing team, providing emergency and short-term cover to a variety of local primary schools. Our supply teachers play a vital role in ensuring continuity of learning during staff absences. We pride ourselves on working closely with schools in the immediate local area, offering efficient and high-quality cover solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver pre-planned lessons to a high standard across EYFS, KS1, or KS2
2. Adapt quickly to new classroom environments and build rapport with pupils and staff
3. Maintain good behaviour management and a positive classroom atmosphere
4. Ensure effective learning continues in the absence of the regular class teacher
5. Follow the school’s policies and procedures to support learning and safeguarding
