EYFS Teacher – Liverpool | Make a Real Difference with Milk Education

Milk Education is seeking a motivated and nurturing EYFS Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Liverpool. This is a warm and supportive environment where every child is encouraged to explore, grow, and reach their full potential.
The Role
Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Start Date: Immediatley
Contract: Temporary (week-to-week) with the possibility of a longer-term role
This opportunity is ideal for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop their skills within a creative, child-centred Early Years setting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences in line with the EYFS Framework
2. Support children’s early language, social, emotional, and physical development
3. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing classroom environment
4. Observe and assess children’s progress, recording key milestones
5. Build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
6. Promote inclusive practice and ensure all children feel valued and supported
What We’re Looking For
7. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE with QTS
8. Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS Curriculum
9. Excellent communication and early childhood pedagogy skills
10. A caring, creative, and adaptable approach
11. Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality early years practice
