to deliver our famous five-star service while keeping our independent &
unique spirit at heart.
We
have 162 rooms, including 18 townhouse residences, three meeting spaces, a bar
and restaurant, featuring seasonal menus championing the very best local,
sustainable produce and a decadent afternoon tea, we’re a lively place to

* Handle
guest feedback and concerns with empathy, discretion, and professionalism,
ensuring swift resolution and keeping the F&B Manager informed at all
times.
