We're looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team in Chawston.

We specialise in sustainable water asset management solutions, delivering exceptional value outcomes in potable water, wastewater and the environment.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will provide administrative support to the Payroll Manger whilst working collaboratively with other departments.
* Accurately process weekly PayGo timesheet information onto all necessary systems ensuring that tight deadlines are met.
* Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate data management and update employee records in all necessary systems.
* This includes but is not limited to adding new starters, processing leavers and salary changes.
* Ensure Pension records are updated for all new starters, leavers, opt outs and any other relevant changes.
* Accurately process all aspects of statutory payments and deductions within monthly payroll deadlines.
* Accurate processing and communication of information to authorised internal, external and Government third parties.
* Assist with the resolution and investigation of employee queries relating to pay.
* Ad hoc cover for weekly expenses process.
* Prevision experience in payroll administration with a solid understanding of payroll legislation, tax rates, and statutory requirements
* Accurate and efficient data entry skills, with the confidence to challenge the quality of data
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Ability to work proactively, manage tight deadlines, and use initiative to resolve issues
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the organisation
* Strong IT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Up to £32k per annum
