What will your typical day look like?
As an Audit Senior, you play an integral role in designing and completing audit solutions for a diverse range of clients, primarily in the financial services industry. You are a trusted adviser to our clients given the importance of reliable financial information in today’s world. Continuous learning and development will be a part of this role as you gain exposure to different businesses and complex challenges. You can expect to:
* Help lead, plan, and execute high‑quality audit engagements from start to finish and assist clients with complex accounting matters and identifying business and financial risk.
* Leverage audit tools and new technologies.
* Develop and mentor junior audit team members.
* Engage in well‑being and sustainability initiatives, a variety of social and community events, and other programmes aligned with Deloitte’s shared values.

Qualifications
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent post‑secondary qualification (e.g., ACCA).
* An internationally recognised professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA) or you are currently on track to complete designation requirements.
* 2‑3 years of relevant audit experience in a public‑practice firm, including knowledge of US GAAP or IFRS reporting standards.
Preferred
* Experience with a Big 4 professional services firm.
* Experience in the financial services industry (investment management).
* Experience with US SEC‑listed audits (PCAOB).
* Experience working with cloud‑based audit software.
