We have an exciting opportunity to join our Food and Beverage team, in the Clunie Dining Room at The Fife Arms Hotel. As a F&B Host, you will be working closely with our Restaurant Manager and team, serving breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a similar level of experience and a passion for excellent service, eager to develop your skills under the mentorship of our Restaurant Manager and team.
As a F&B Host, you will be responsible for:
* Hosting guests and making menu recommendations
* Ensuring the smooth and efficient running of service
* Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
* Taking orders and delivering service as per SOPs
* Reporting any issues to the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager
* Working diligently to achieve outstanding service quality
* Striving for continuous improvement and achievement
* Assisting the team or helping with other duties when required

Our successful F&B Host will have:
* Proven experience in a similar hospitality environment
* Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
* Initiative, enthusiasm, and strong communication skills
* A thorough understanding of Health & Safety and COSHH
* A commitment to high standards expected in a luxury establishment
