FM Supervisor Band 3 - £24,937 - £26,598 per annum pro rata (£12.75 to £13.60 per hour) This post will include Unsocial Hours Payments as follows: Saturday - Time plus 35% of the salary Sunday - Time plus 69% of the salary 20 hours per week.
You will be responsible for the day to day co-supervision of the FM services and will be the customers' point of contact for any FM related issues, using a trust vehicle. The FM services comprise of the cleaning, catering, portering, and goods receiving services, linen and laundry management.
You will be responsible for supporting the management of all the FM Assistants, ensuring that all areas are maintained to a clean and hygienic level for patients, trust staff and visitors in line with the current National Standards of Cleanliness. Ensure compliance with legislation relating to both Food Safety and Health and Safety.

* As part of the Facilities Team you are expected to have a flexible approach, excellent interpersonal and customer skills, ability to use a degree of initiative to prioritise and organise your duties.
Working on your own or as part of a team you will maintain high standards of cleaning. You will need to be able to provide a customer focused service and be of a friendly and helpful nature.
