Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders and communicate AbbVie's value proposition as the main executor of the in‑field brand strategy.
* Develop and maintain customer relationships, maximizing opportunities through strong account plans.
* Own the customer engagement for target healthcare professionals across channels, leveraging available content and multiple engagement methods.
* Create SMART pre‑call objectives aligned with territory plans and the brand strategy.
* Handle objections and concerns, consistently closing each sales call with a logical, reasonable call to action.
* Educate medical providers, decision makers, and affiliated healthcare professionals on product benefits.
* Identify and develop disease‑state experts, building advocacy aligned with the territory plan.
* Organise and manage stakeholder meetings, differentiating AbbVie’s value proposition from competitors.
* Analyze sales reports and field intelligence to adjust the territory plan and target resources effectively.
* Collaborate closely with medical colleagues to support customer needs and implement regional/national programs.
* Develop a business plan for the territory in line with brand strategy and adapt to market intelligence.
* Adhere to industry and AbbVie compliance requirements.
Qualifications
* Proven success in pharmaceutical sales.
* Excellent customer relationship skills and ability to build, develop, and maintain partnerships.
* Solution focused, positive attitude, and strategic mindset with data‑analytics proficiency.
* Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
* Experience in Immunology or specialty secondary care is advantageous but not essential.
