WWSO is part of the AWS Specialist & Partner (ASP) organization, responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. We work backwards from our customer’s most complex challenges to build go-to-market plans that turn AWS ideas into multi-billion-dollar businesses. Our teams include business development, specialist, and technical solutions architecture. As part of WWSO, you'll provide expertise throughout the customer initiative lifecycle, from developing new services to expanding existing businesses. As AWS and Amazon Connect grow rapidly, we seek an Amazon Connect Business Value Specialist (BVS) to join our team. You will work closely with customers to maximize the financial benefits of Amazon Connect, conducting analyses of their contact center operations, providing optimization recommendations, and illustrating the total cost of ownership and economic impact of transitioning to Connect. Key responsibilities include discovering customer outcomes, creating business justification proposals, and helping customers realize Amazon Connect's full potential.

About the team
The Customer Experience specialist team helps customers learn about and adopt Amazon Connect, a leader in the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) category, delivering rapid innovation for improved customer and agent experiences at lower costs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Experience in developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements
* Experience influencing leadership decisions at the organizational level
* Experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
