What you’ll be doing: Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers across investments, pensions, protection, and tax planning. Managing client queries with professionalism and care. Liaising with product providers and third parties to obtain accurate information. Preparing documentation, reports, and review packs. Maintaining meticulous client records in line with FCA compliance and company policies. Ensuring processes run smoothly, even during busy periods or staff absence. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in financial services administration is preferred, but we will consider exceptional administrators from other professional sectors. Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (experience with Intelliflo is an advantage, but training is provided). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive working culture.
