Job Description - Flexible Bank Support Coordinator (251381)

Responsibilities
* Support customers across Hampshire County in a variety of services, including accommodation-based services or community/home-based settings.
* Facilitate groups and support customers as part of a flexible bank; pick up shifts across services as needed.
* Be adaptable to work in different services with different teams and to support Vulnerable customers.
Qualifications
* Experience of supporting vulnerable people and a positive ‘can-do’ attitude with a desire to learn and make a difference to customers’ lives.
* Experience working with support plans, recording and using information concisely and effectively.
* Ability to use technology to create/update support plans, complete mandatory learning, and keep in touch with colleagues.
* Enhanced DBS check required (this is paid for by us).
* Flexibility to work at short notice, as you’ll be the one picking your next shift.
Our team
You’ll join our wider services in the Hampshire region with opportunities to pick up shifts in services that need it. Current hours available in Buller Court Mental Health service in Farnborough and Basingstoke Social Inclusion service. Our team works with customers who have needs including mental health, homelessness prevention and substance misuse. We’re a supportive group with strong passion for our work.
Job details
We’re looking to work across the Hampshire region, including Basingstoke and Farnborough. Able to use technology for creating and updating support plans, completing mandatory learning, and keeping in touch with colleagues.
