Salary\: £49,400 Dependent of experience What you’ll be doing Act as the liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions Support non-conformance processes, ensuring full compliance with established quality standards and procedures Analyse and report quality performance metrics to the senior management team, providing clear insights and recommendations for improvement Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), including policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
