Our client is seeking a high-calibre Security Manager to lead on security operations at a large, complex site. Full accountability for site-wide security strategy, operations, and performance.
Recruit, train, and lead a diverse team including supervisors, front-of-house and CCTV operators.
Develop and implement robust policies, Assignment Instruction, risk assessments, and emergency protocols.
Oversee security systems and infrastructure: CCTV, access control, emergency response, and incident management.
Lead incident investigations and reporting processes using client-approved formats and digital tools.
Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, Police, neighbouring sites, and external agencies.
Support community engagement, data protection, inspections, and key control protocols.
Proven experience in managing security for large, complex, or high-risk sites, preferably in the construction sector.
Flexible approach to working hours, including availability for weekend shifts, late shifts, and out-of-hours support when operationally required.
Strong people management, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent IT proficiency with the ability to quickly adapt to and operate client-specific systems and digital platforms.
Solid working knowledge of CCTV, access control systems, SOPs, and emergency planning.
In-depth knowledge of construction site security risks, contractor management, and emergency coordination.
Familiarity with compliance requirements, digital reporting tools, and multi-agency liaison.
