Child and Adolescent Therapist - Falmouth

As a Child & Adolescent Therapist on our team, you'll work in an environment that supports growth for both you and your clients. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families, creating a welcoming environment for diverse backgrounds.
* Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to each client's needs, fostering healing and resilience.
* Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans to support clients' mental health stability.
* Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning to enhance client care.
* Complete billing, documentation, treatment plans, and insurance forms accurately and timely.
* Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, administrative staff, and fellow therapists for holistic care.
Qualifications
* Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
* Experience working with children and families.
* Provisional license per state regulation if required.
* Background leading to or holding professional licensing.
* Passion for mental health and high-quality care.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development, including supervision and continuing education.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
* Strong ethical standards and confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
* Effective time management and administrative skills.
* Proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is preferred.
