About the role
We are seeking a Supported Housing Specialist to join our Specialist Living team. This is a home-based role, with no daily office attendance required, but occasional site visits as needed.
The role covers patches within Greater Manchester, with potential travel within North West on an ad hoc basis.
The purpose is to deliver a specialist Supported Housing/Wellbeing service to vulnerable customers, working collaboratively with Neighbourhoods to ensure high-quality service.
You will be responsible for managing supported housing services, agents, compliance, and risk across schemes, delivering tailored support to individual customers and schemes.
You will ensure effective delivery of services, managing voids, lettings, and housing management issues, liaising with managing agents to maintain strong partnerships.
What are we looking for?
* Experience in supported housing or wellbeing services.
* Knowledge of regulatory requirements in supported housing.
* Experience delivering excellent customer service.
* Partnership working experience with local authorities, commissioning teams, partner agents, and funding providers.
* Proactive approach to meeting KPIs.
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
* A full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle.
